The team was professional, ontime and had great communication with be during the entire solar project. This was a redo of my entire solar system (minus the panels) 2 inverters, battery and rewiring. All custom installations, such as this, are subject to having issues. When you have 30 to 40 penetrations in your roof from a solar install, chances are you’re gonna have a leak – the difference in the end is based on the company that you choose to do business with, and how they handle the inevitable issues. I had a relatively minor leak almost 3 years after our Powur Solar system was installed by Guyou Roofing. After contacting them, no arguments, they did not hesitate to return with a crew who went over every penetration, and resealed them just to be sure, even though the leak was very localized to one area. They even repaired the stains caused by the leak, to our interior living room ceiling. Jesus H and the crew left no mess, were very thorough, and he explained exactly what work was performed. No arguments, and no charges for the work - both Powur Solar & Guyou are Class A companies that I would not hesitate to do business with again, and I will refer them to all who ask for Solar and or roofing.

Guyou Roofing and Solar did a great job for us. They noticed in our solar panel reports that one of the inverters wasn't working. They (Jenifer) called me and I saw that my report was showing the same problem. Guyou contacted Enphase Solar to also run a check. Enphase confirmed the problem and sent us a replacement inverter which was covered by the manufacturer warranty. The inverter arrived a couple of days later, so I scheduled the repair with Goyou. A few days later Guyou performed the repair. The repairman (Jaime) was very professional and courteous. He told me exactly what he was going to do, and performed the repair skillfully and quickly. I asked him to be careful around our landscape plants, so he put his ladder in a place where he did not come in contact with any plants. He placed the ladder where he would be closest to the inverter he was replacing so he would minimize his path walking on our roof tiles. He finished the repair quickly, verified everything was working correctly, and cleaned up everything when he finished. Everything is working well, and our solar output is restored to maximum output.

This is long but worth the read. Guyou Construction just buttoned up my Solar removal, New Roof and Solar reinstall. Eric was my sales rep and he was very understanding to my needs and wants since I had a Roof leak and the Prior Solar Company (that’s also in Riverside SM) that installed my solar in November 2021 wouldn’t return my calls or email to try and resolve my issue. Will (Field Manager) was the one that came out to take the measurements and then proceeded to inform me of the Materials that were going to be used and the manner in which the process would go. He was Over Seeing the whole project and checking in with his crew everyday to see how they were doing. To me he went Above and Beyond on my job and I can not say enough good things about how Intentive he was to my questions and concerns about my job. To me he is an Asset to the Company and Employees like this is what MAKES or BREAKS a Company. Everyone of his crew members were very Professional about the job they were doing, again I don’t know all of their names but workers like this Make the Company for what they are!! Guyou Construction, please pass along my Thanks to the whole crew and when anyone asks me who did the work I WILL BE REFERRING Guyou to them!!

I'm really happy with there work. They kept me informed thru out the process. The actual installers are also very knowledgeable. Great work ethic. I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner. I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner...
